About the Federation

The national governing body for sailing and rowing in the United Arab Emirates.

  1. Organising and supporting the establishment of a national community of professional sailing and rowing clubs.
  2. Planning and participating in the organisation and officiating of local, regional and international competitions and tournaments.
  3. Discovering and developing sporting talent, supporting professional athletes, and raising their competency to the highest levels.
  4. Developing and encouraging the practice of sailing and rowing in all their forms, throughout the country and at every level.

Federation Message

We work with efficiency, quality, excellence and sincerity to make effective use of the human and material resources available to us. Our purpose is to build a solid foundation for the Federation, to form strong teams and a community of practitioners and enthusiasts in modern sailing and rowing, and to attract sporting talent, so that the sport grows continuously and competes ahead of its peers.
